It removes the plug. Great for travel. My husband and I bought this to try it as our probiotic. We both have occasional constipation, especially with travel. It's fantastic at removing the plug without the side effects. I'm hoping to get my mom to try this for her constipation. I love everything this company makes.

This stuff is awesome... I take 2 every morning on empty tummy and have solved 30 year constipation issues. Excellent product... so glad I found it!

I'm 57 years old and have had digestion/intestinal problems all my life - lots of belly aches, gas, bowels never on a regular schedule, etc. Since I have been taking GastroDefense Daily Therapy, all those problems have, for the most part, resolved themselves. I feel so much better. I totally recommend trying this product.
